I have had first class advice from all at K &I Paterson, from initial contact and visit to show room, getting great advice on the best stove for my room, to installation of log burning stove. There were a few issues when digging out an old fire place due to wall structure but again constant advice and reassurance given. Very tidy, courteous and helpful from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend K & I Paterson and would certainly visit showroom for future purchases and advice I may need .

I had my log burner fitted after a electrical house fire. I was nervous about getting a log burner but after talking to K & I Paterson Ltd I was relaxed and looking forward to getting one. They were so kind and friendly. Asked what I wanted and didn't do the hard sell. They were understanding and answered all my questions even the silly ones. Just when you think things couldn't get better the fitters turned up and they really knew their stuff. They explained everything and again answered all my questions. They were clean friendly and just great fun guys. They checked everything and started my first fire. I was so happy I went with them.
